Arlon Morrison is currently a member of the NAAA Coaching and Development Committee, serves as President of Tobago Athletic Committee and as President of Kaizen Panthers Athletic Club.

Mr Morrison was elected as National Coach in sprints and hurdles, jumps and combined events. Some of the competitions include Carifta Games, CAC Junior Championships, NACAC Age Group Championships, NACAC Senior Championships, Youth Olympics, Pan American U20 Championships and IAAF Combined Events Cup.

Arlon was also elected as Manager/Coach of the 2019 NACAC Age Group U13/15 Championship team.
