Morris: Cedenio Superb! - 4x400 relay men can win take goldMark Pouchet :: Trinidad Express :: 15.08.2016Former national Men's 400m record holder Ian Morris said the king (Morris) was dethroned by a younger king, Machel Cedenio, when the latter captured fourth spot in the Men's 400m final at the Rio Olympics at the Joao Havelange Olympic Stadium Sunday night. Cedenio completed the one-lap event in a new PB (personal best) and national standard of 44.01 seconds to surpass Morris's mark of 44.21, which Morris achieved in placing fourth at the Barcelona 1992 Olympiad.
